Manicomio Restaurant has the opportunity for a Bar Manager to join the team at this established and highly acclaimed Italian in the heart of Chelsea, Just off Sloane Square.

The Role

- To manage and lead a small bar team
- To be creative in compiling imaginative and delicious cocktails.
- To be responsible for all aspects of stock control.
- To have sound wine knowledge and to be capable of liaising with wine suppliers and working alongside management colleagues to maintain and further develop our extensive and well regarded list.
