We are looking for a charismatic, standards focused Bar Manager to join the GM in driving the business to the next level.

What are We are looking for?

You’re positive, you care, you’re self-motivated and you want to be part of a winning team.
You have around 2 years experience at Bar Supervisor or above in a busy, high volume venue.
You have a strong background in Stock Control and General Practitioner management.
You have high standards and expect the same from your team.
You’re passionate about fantastic cocktails and relaxed service  and have a genuine desire to give people a great time.
You are driven to develop professionally and help ULG grow.
