A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a bar manager to join the team at this already successful and well-respected local craft beer food pub.The Prince in Stoke Newington opened in June 2014 and quickly became one of the highly regarded pubs in Hackney renowned for it’s high standards and exceptional food and drinks. With our drinks offer focused on locally brewed London craft beer, a concise and seasonally changing cocktail list and wine list focused on small, independent producers we are at the forefront of what pubs offer. Our food is seasonally changing using the freshest ingredients Britain has to offer all supplied by local suppliers and cooked by chefs who are skillful and passionate. Craft, passion, quality and the next generation are always at the very foundations of what we do.
We are looking for a bar manager who is as passionate about our product as we are and to join our team to progress with the company. You must be hard working, dynamic and have an enthusiasm and passion for drinks, especially craft beer. The role is to oversee the smooth running of the bar alongside running key management shifts. Whilst your key responsibilities will be drink focused running the bar and cellar a large part of this job is smoothly running key shifts through good leadership.
You will be working 48 hours per and our pay rate is £24 - £27k per annum. Other benefits include
