We are looking for experienced bartenders to join our team as in store trainers or IST’S as we call them.

As an IST you will be responsible for ensuring all of the team on your bar are up to scratch with the way we do things here at Living Ventures. This will include inducting and training all staff in line with the company ethos and service criteria, ensuring all relevant paperwork is submitted to Head Office, helping to train our new managers and adhering to all company specifications.

You must be a great communicator, passionate about providing excellent service and be a Stickler for detail. You should be calm, outgoing, have a great sense of humour and bags of empathy.
