JOB DESCRIPTION: BAR MANAGER
LOCATION: North West London
Successful running of the entire operation
RESPONSIBLE TO: Directors
MAIN FUNCTIONS OF POSITION:
 Produce effective rotas to ensure staffing levels are appropriate and efficient
 To promote the business
 Enforce Licensing Laws, Rules of Management and in-house security policies
 Check customer satisfaction regularly, ensuring all guest feedback is dealt with in a
the professional and efficient manner to minimise negative impressions of the bar.
 Prompt timekeeping and attendance, and effective organisation skills.
 Attend company meetings as requested
Must have a personal license.
