Lantana is looking for bartenders / FOH staff for our beautiful, light filled site in London Bridge.
We are an Australian owned independent restaurant business with three central London locations. The London Bridge Lantana is an 85 seater restaurant open 7 days a week from breakfast to evenings. Our menu is inspired by Australia’s melting pot of culinary cultures and we are consistently recognised as a leader in our field of all day casual dining from our famous brunches through to evening share plates and cocktails.
Our service style is warm and friendly but never unprofessional or casual. Wine and cocktails are a key part of our menu and we are looking for talented bar tenders to join our team.
You must:
• be a natural team player who likes to work in a fast paced, high energy environment;
• have a good eye for detail with an ability to anticipate customer needs;
• have at least 1 year bar experience.
