Parched is an independent company with a passion for hospitality. Our growing family of venues, spread throughout South London are looking for a Supervisor at one of our pubs in Borough, The Roebuck.
Serving sustainable food and local beer. We pride ourselves on offering exceptional customer service, friendly staff, high quality drink and a seasonal, locally sourced menu.
The ideal candidate will have a strong food/restaurant background, and will bring tonnes of energy plus a sense of ownership to the role, particularly when overseeing service and the floor.
What we are looking for-
- Supervisor (40-45 hours per week)
- Must be available evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude, great eye for detail and exceptional customer service skills
- Great communication skills
- Confidence
- Fluent English
