In advance of a busy Christmas, a great opportunity has become available to join us as a Bar Back at our Brick Lane venue which is easily reached by Central, Circle, Hammersmith and City, Metropolitan and Overground lines as well as multiple bus routes.
As a Bar Back you’ll support our Bartenders to ensure that guests get delicious cocktails that look amazing, whether they’re ordering one of our signature creations or a timeless classic. This means making sure the bar is fully stocked, glasses are clean and garnishes are prepped. But it also means learning about our huge range of fine wines, craft Beers and premium spirits as we train you to how to free-pour and become a kick ass mixologist.

- Some previous experience of working in a bar.
