Oblix - Bar Back
We are currently recruiting for a Bar Back to join the Oblix family, located on the 32nd floor of The Shard.

Rainer Becker, the creative force behind London’s Zuma and Roka, brings you Oblix in the iconic Shard. Set against a magnificent city skyline on the 32nd floor, Oblix offers a contemporary, sophisticated yet relaxed dining experience. Stir the senses as you enter the main dining room trough the excitement of the kitchen; or head to the bar for world class cocktails in the ambience and energy of the lounge.
This means that your role as Bar Back is really important!
The Bar Back Role:
As A Bar Back you will be very well presented, with good communication skills, drive to exceed client and customer service and bags of enthusiasm.

Prepare appropriate mise-en-place - polishing glasses;
Support the Bar tending team behind the bar;
Make sure stock behind bar is constantly replenished;
Ensure there is a clean, stocked station for smooth running of assigned stations;
Clean the bar areas as required and directed by the Manager on duty;
Follow and complete any instructions given to you by your Manager/s or leaders within the restaurant.
