The Rooftop is a space for sipping individually crafted cocktails and drinking in the inimitable city view while dining on the shared plates prepared by our chefs on the open grill.
We are currently looking for a driven and outgoing Bar back/ Junior Bartender with a passion to explore the bartender trade and deliver excellent guest experiences. You will be able to assist and learn from the Bar team and maintain a positive outlook regardless of what challenges the shift might bring.
Key Responsibilities
As a a bar back or junior bartender, you must enjoy being part of a team and have a passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service. Confidence, energy, fantastic interpersonal skills are all crucial attributes for the successful candidate. Our bar back/ junior bartender supports our bartending team and other staff members while learning on the job what it takes to deliver fantastic guest experiences. They help with opening and closing duties, prepare and serve drinks, stock items, ensure the cleanliness of the site and assist in the reordering process.
Key Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant/ bar environment is essential.
Positive, pro-active individual who can understand and adapt to guests changing needs.

Excellent command of spoken English
