What is urban golf?

We are looking for a new bar and venue manager for one of our central London venues.
Working closely with the General Manager, you would be the main duty manager for the venue and responsible for daily operation of the venue including managing floor staff; ensuring we deliver excellent customer service; ensuring the venue, bar and equipment is presented, operated and maintained to the highest standard; stock control and ordering and cashing up.
Skills required
We will provide full training so you know every part of how Urban Golf works but the successful candidate will have:
- Great hospitality skills.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Great people management skills with a focus on training and creating a highly motivated team.
- Strong F and B knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of stock control, ordering and minimising waste.
- Previous experience as a bar manager, duty manager or assistant manager at a premium branded gastro pub, restaurant, cocktail bar or experience venue.
- Golf knowledge preferred but not essential.
