Hackney based cocktail bar and casual dining restaurant is looking for a dynamic friendly Manager to step forward and take charge of the day to day running of this fresh new space.
Wild meats, line caught fish, the wild foraged seasonal produce, small ethical producers, people that care.
We are a contemporary bar and restaurant that showcases seasonal Britain, the diversity of ethical produce with freshness and quality leading the way. As the seasons come and go our menu changes with the colours and flavours of the environment. Field to plate its that simple.
Fine dining in a casual atmosphere where nothing is a problem and you are made to feel at home. Our food is honest and so is our pricing. We want the customer to have the experience that doesn’t break the bank but leaves you with a feeling of satisfaction.
The person for us should demonstrate a passion for good food, great cocktails and love being around people. Candidates should also possess the skills and experience to take ownership of the day to day management whilst leading by example.
You will be controlling a good number of events where the customers experience is always above expectations. This can be from a cocktail canapé party with a tasting menu to 350 people with DJ's.
We are offering a base salary plus bonus based on experience.
What we are looking for:
experience working for an independent operator
Possess strong leadership skills
Be a real hands on manager, leading by example
Have strong back of house and organisational skills
Wine knowledge would be an advantage but not essential
Be creative
Show initiative and drive to stand out from others
Be the one who has the answers
Have a can do no problem attitude.
Can recruit and train staff to a high level while maintaining a happy team.
