Full time Bar and Restaurant Manager required for our Coffee and Cocktail bar in Surbiton. We are an independent coffee shop by day and a full service late license cocktail bar at night. We offer a selection of speciality coffee, loose leaf teas, organic hot chocolates and fresh blended nutritious smoothies to go with their delicious fresh food incorporating brunch, afternoon tea and evening menu along with a fine selection of home made cakes. Our signature cocktails, great selection of draught and bottled Beers along with a wide range of spirits will keep our customers going late into the night.
With one of the longest opening hours in Surbiton from 8am seven days a week to 2am on Fridays and Saturdays, we can offer coffee first thing in the morning to a night cap late at night in a stylish and welcoming dog friendly environment.
We are looking for an immediate start for a Bar and Restaurant Manager and also a Cocktail maker.
Manager : You will have min. Of 2 years experience in a fast paced Bar and Restaurant environment, be organised, hard working, bubbly and outgoing with fantastic customer service skills.
You will be responsible for the smooth running of the evening light bite and dinner service management.
You will be responsible for the smooth running of a very busy late night bar.
You will be responsible for training and managing the bar team and following the health and safety policies.
Cocktail skills a plus.
Great earning potential and Bonus based management position.
Cocktail bartender : Creative, knowledgeable and passionate about product and service. Able to keep a clean work area, be organised and fast!
