Firefly Bar and Thai kitchen are now recruiting.  We are looking for an experienced bar and restaurant assistant manager / supervisor.
Established in 2004 in the heart of Balham, our speciality is an ever-changing range of 17 craft Beers - though we also make mean cocktails.  The food side is authentic Thai cooked with passion.
It is a full-time position, 35-40 hours per week.
The ideal candidate would have a good knowledge of craft Beers and experience making cocktails.  Excellent but friendly table and bar service manor.  As we are very busy most nights, you would need to be able to work under pressure.  That being said we also have a great team of staff who all work very well together.
Excellent pay depending on experience, good tips, and a free meal with every shift.
