Woodcote Park Golf Club is a friendly members club near Coulsdon Surrey.
We are looking for experienced bar staff and waiting staff who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Successful candidates must be flexible when required, a team player, enthusiastic, dynamic, must be someone who takes pride in their work and how they present themselves.
Duties for the Bar Staff and Waiter/Waitress will include:
Delivering excellent customer service at all times
Processing and taking food and drink orders
Serving and clearing tables.
Recommend and up-sell food and drink
Keep up to date with new products and menus and promotions
Assisting and keeping the bar area and restaurant tidy at all times
Support the back of house team and delivering great service
Speak to and perform check back on customers ensuring full satisfaction
Exceeds customer expectations and must have a professional work ethic
Carry out instructions as given by management and supervisors
Adhere to company policies and procedures and licensing laws
Full and Part time positions, successful candidates must have the flexibility to cover weekdays, evenings, and weekends
