Multiple award winning boutique hotel, pub and restaurant is ideally looking for a bars and beverage manager who is an enthusiastic, professional person with a great personality and has a love of hospitality. Committed and well presented who enjoys their food and drink and especially food and drink production. You must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to work under pressure and be able to organize your team as required and report directly to the General manager and head chef at all times.

Role criteria:
·experience of working within similar quality outlets with exceptionally high standards
·Familiar with working with all fresh food and beverages,
·Truly passionate about the food, drinks and atmosphere you create.
·Working under a well-regarded and experienced General manager, you will have a
great opportunity to learn and develop in your career.
·A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy fresh food and beverage environment is
required.
