Key Responsibilities:
 To greet guests where necessary in the Garden rooms –use the guest name Mr or Mrs XXXX if you know it
 To follow the function sheets and briefing in terms of set ups, food and beverage service, etc
 To offer excellent personalised customer service in line with company guidelines
 To ensure events space, terrace, washrooms and back of house areas are kept clean and orderly during shifts
 Communicate within the team and other departments
 Listen to any special requests from guests and accommodate where possible
 Health and safety requirements during a shift (please read the health and safety policy in the staff room/reception)
 To assist in other departments as required
Formal education and training required:
Previous experience working in restaurants and/or hotels.
Fine dining/silver service training
Key Skills and Knowledge required:
• Customer Service/Guest care focus
• Organisational skills
• Time management
• food, wine and spirit knowledge • How to take orders.
