Our Client is a luxury Hotel based in Hampshire and have been ranked in the "100 Best Companies to Work For" within the hospitality sector for 19 years consecutively.We are currently recruiting for a Assistant Banqueting Manager to join their team. The Assistant Banqueting Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the Banqueting Operations Department, ranging from a small board meeting, a VIP conference or 200 person exclusive wedding. Leading a team of permanent and casual staff, with a strong focus on the high standards expected from the establishment.The ideal Assistant Banqueting Manager will have proven, demonstrable, previous experience in a similar role with a passion for delivering the highest standards. An excellent understanding of all aspects of Banqueting and events is essential, with a strong leadership, interpersonal and communications skills. Fluent English is essential in this role.The role comes with an excellent remuneration package in addition to a salary of between GBP22,000 and GBP23,000.
