Bank Care Worker
Location: Bexley
Initial work base: across our Bexley services.
Salary Range:  £8.25 per hour
Allowances: Sleep-in Allowance £40.00 per sleep in (if required)
Hours of work: Bank as and when required

Heritage Care is a charitable organisation that provides a range of flexible individualised care and support services for people with learning disabilities, mental health support needs and older people.

We have opportunities for Bank Care Workers to join our team. You will work as part of a team providing physical, emotional, spiritual and social support to service users within the scheme to encourage them to achieve maximum independence where possible. To ensure that the highest standard of care is maintained in accordance with Heritage Care’s policies and procedures and CQC Fundamental Standards.

You will need to be a great team player and be able to build positive relationships with our service users, their families and our staff. You will need to demonstrate an understanding of the needs of older people living within the scheme and how to support them to lead valued lives in the community. Good literacy, numerical and verbal skills are a must. It’s also very important that you are organised, patient and of a caring nature.
