Immediate start - Full time position, Up to £10 ph
Balls Brothers Mayfair is a newly opened branch of the famous Balls Brothers Brand which encompasses the best classic British dishes along with an outstanding wine selection. The doors are also open at the weekend for a fabulous bottomless brunch and the Balls Brothers twist on the traditional afternoon tea, the Mayfair Afternoon Affair!
Balls Brothers Mayfair is part of Balls Brothers Emporium which own a collection of fantastic bars and restaurants across London.
Duties to include:
•Consistent achievement and delivery of high standard food in line with quality and portion control to the agreed specification
•Adhering to all company policies, Food Safety and Health and Safety legislation at all times
•Adhering to stock control, ordering and delivery procedures at all times
•Assisting the Head Chef in training and developing the kitchen team
