New Opening - Balls Brothers Adam's Court Balls Brothers of London are looking for experienced and enthusiastic team members to join the latest in a long line of recently refurbished bars and restaurants. These positions are in the highly anticipated new venue Balls Brothers Adam's Court situated in the City of London. Balls Brothers is a strong and successful brand, with an excellent reputation within the industry, holding 9 venues across London. This is an established, proudly British brand with unquestionable heritage and integrity. London's pre-eminent wine emporium for over 150 years and purveyors of fine wine, exquisite spirits and classic British food, delivering amazing hospitality experiences to loyal guests. Knowledge and experience led to the birth of Balls Brothers of London Emporium featuring gin, whiskey and fortified wine alongside exceptional seasonal food offerings. Adam's Court is based within a listed building split over three levels with three bars and external areas making it a unique and very popular establishment.The right candidate must have a passion for product and service, a big personality and enjoy interacting with guests to ensure the customer experience is second to none. You must enjoy working within a team, have a passion for wine and food and come ready to train!Candidates must be available to start by 11th September 2022 as we will provide 2 weeks training prior to the venue opening. Roles Available:Head chef (Full time) GBP30kpa to GBP35kpa - Run a high-volume kitchen, keeping in line with bb branding but at the same time showing a passion for creativity and driving specials and high General Practitioner product. Driving a high standard of menu delivery whilst delegating tasks to Sous and chefs. Management of kitchen and production of constant quality food, responsible for maintaining safe and company standard H and S requirements with strong compliance. Continual management of weekly stock takes with consistent delivery of budgeted General Practitioner with wastage in line. Discipline and incentivise staff members to go above expectations. Sous Chef GBP10 ph. (Full time) + service charge - Assist Head Chef in running of kitchen, planning and directing food prep, supervising other staff and keeping an eye out for problems and seizing control of situations that may arrive. Strong compliance and management of safer venue diary. Training of other chefs.CDP/Chefs (Full time) GBP8ph-GBP9ph + service charge - Varied levels of requirement for experienced forward thinking chefs who are passionate about food and service delivery. Responsible for delivering and preparing meals in a safe and compliant environment, always to a high standard. Positions might vary from grill and sauce to sandwich sections and flexibility to do as required by Head Chef is a must. Kitchen Porter GBP7.50 ph.
