Duties to include:* Consistent achievement and delivery of high standard food in line with quality and portion control to the agreed specification* Adhering to all company policies, Food Safety and Health and Safety legislation at all times* Adhering to stock control, ordering and delivery procedures at all times* Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivery of service.
