We believe that every community should be able to enjoy good bread and we serve world-class, handmade food our customers enjoy. We are also coffee obsessed and serve our own blend of specialty coffee, some of the best in town.

The Role
As a Bakery Chef, you’re at the heart of our bakeries. You’re contributing to driving our best-in-class service, in a business with craft and high quality food at its centre, with happy teams and friendly service.
You’ll take pride in making our quality products and providing our customers with our world class food every day, delivering exceptional service to every customer.
Specifically…
You’ll be proactive in learning all about our products, inside and out – and consistently improving your knowledge of new products.
You’ll champion our values – care around baking, the community, each other and a job well done.
You’ll make sure our customers feel well cared for.
You’ll be confident in making our full breakfast menu and products to standard, focussing on quality and consistency.
You’ll make sure everything is working as it should, troubleshooting issues in a timely manner.
You’ll help to keep our bakery beautiful, at the highest standards.
You’ll be keen to follow up on details, and be informed and aware of health and food safety regulations.
You’ll be part of a motivated, friendly team and be active in creating an open learning environment.
