About You
We are looking for enthusiastic manager for our expanding shops and café. Whilst we are looking for obsessive foodies, we are equally passionate about the quality the coffee, the temperature of our tea, so if you have the same levels of obsession but the strong management and leadership skills, you should come and see us.
We are currently recruiting for Covent Garden Stores.
We would like you to have :
• Recent experience of managing a similar busy food shop or café
• Oversee production of our fresh produce on site
• A hands on manager, able to drive customer service and sales.
• Understand budget, margins, sales targets, production of weekly reports and wages
• Recruit, train and manage your team to high standards.
• Have a keen attention to detail and product merchandising.
• Manage all the health and safety requirements of the cafe
• Computer literate
You must of course be friendly, passionate, outgoing and of course fluent in English.
