Rockstar Bakers are an Award Winning Bakery which takes pride in producing high quality sourdough bread, cakes and pastries.

We are looking for bakers of all levels to join our team. Specifically, a junior baker who wants to further their skills, and an experienced Bakery Manager who can mix, shape, bake sourdough and take charge of the staff.  Our bakery is based in South London near Brixton.

We have a great reputation for our bread, and it's fuller deeper flavour. A passion for producing great bread is a must as well as having pride in your work.

The applicants must be able to work well as part of a team and also take some responsibility for their creations. experience of working in a professional kitchen/bakery is a necessity. Quality is always at the forefront and we never like to take short-cuts. We are a growing company with plenty of energy and ambition and are looking for people who share these tributes.
