We're a little business start up making meringue kisses in our home kitchen in North London NW3  which is now going into stores. We  need  a part time patisserie baker to start immediately to make the product for us in our kitchen. The right candidate would have experience in pipping or you'd be someone doing  a course to become a pastisserie chef. We'll train you on the method but good experience in using the pipping bag is required.
We're a small business working in a small kitchen but things are going well for us so if you would like to be part of our adventure please apply.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 4 hours a day.
If you cannot start on Monday please do not apply.
Training will take place tomorrow Sunday as we have a big order to do and Monday and Tuesday eve from 7 Pm  to 9:30 PM (as these are the only days we can train someone).
Once you're fully trained you will be expected to do the morning shift or the afternoon shift  whatever shift you applied for.
