We are an established bakery in Barnet looking for a skilled baker / pastrycook.
We are situated on the north London / Hertfordshire border with easy access to town and country.
We make a varied range of artisan and traditional breads, savouries, pastries and cakes.
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
* Be passionate about baking
* Be able to make top quality bread, savouries, pastries and cakes from raw materials through to finished product.
* Have great attention to detail and highest quality and consistency
* Positive attitude with good timekeeping and reliability.
* Be able to interact well with colleagues
* Be a non-smoker
* Be a fluent English speaker

We operate Monday to Saturday and you will work five days per week with a weekend off in rotation.
You must be able to get to Barnet for a 2am or 3am start during the week and 10pm on Friday night.
Salary is dependent on experience and ability.
