TAP Coffee is expanding and we are looking for a FULL TIME BAKER to join our team in our flagship store on Wardour Street central London. Expect daytime hours, predominantly Monday to Friday.
You can expect very competitive pay, Heaps of fun and the opportunity to learn, grow and let your creativity flourish. You could be part of a tight knit team focusing on cake/pastry and all things sweet that we lovingly whip up in our kitchen. You’ll be expected to take a creative and self-directed approach to menu development, working with a huge range of ingredients and handling our commercial equipment safely.
You must be able to thrive in a busy environment. You will start out learning from and assisting our two bakers in the production of handmade delicious cakes and other baked goods for our growing speciality coffee shops all located in and around Soho.
We’re looking for someone who wants to take full advantage of this amazing opportunity to be super creative whilst upholding the reputation we’ve earned over the last few years. We’re looking to work with problem-solvers, self-starters and good team players – people who have self discipline, work efficiently and have impeccable attention to detail.

Pay rate up to £9.50 per hour dependant on experience, 40 hours per week.
