Bakery Lamour is bringing back top quality, artisan French pastry and craft bread to London. We are looking for talented pastry chefs and bread bakers and barista.
Bakers should have experience in sourdough and French baking (baguette, croissants).
Pastry chefs should have experience in French pastry techniques (macarons, choux pastry, pastry cream).
Front of House/Barista, experience in customer service is desirable, professional training on coffee making will be provided.
These posts are ideal for people looking to open their own shop in the future. We will be looking to organise trials soon, and are in a position to make a quick offer to the right person.
