PAUL UK, the French family owned Artisan Bakery and Shop, are looking to recruit some great people, if you love great quality food and have a passion for excellent customer service then working for PAUL UK is the place to be.
Overall Purpose and scope of the job
To assist with the overall production of large quantities of bread making each of our products irresistible. Always ensuring you follow recipes to Paul UK standards and make the products in the traditional French artisan way using your hands to mould and shape the bread dough. To scale, divide, shape and bake bread the Paul UK way in ventilated ovens.
Key Objectives
To produce full range of products to the highest standard and quality using the company recipe specifications
Ensure stock rotation is adhered to for all ingredients daily, particularly flour and Yeast
To provide the highest standard of product quality at all times
To maintain an awareness of the production plan and ensure that this is met at all times
To report to all shifts as required on the Rota
To be an active team player and support/coach colleagues
Information
This is a night shift job role so only apply if you are willing to work to work nights
This is a salaried role of £17,000 - £19,000 per annum depending on experience
Skill and Technical Requirements
Previous experience in Bread production
Bakery experience an advantage (mixed, weighed, divided and shaped dough)
Passionate approach to food
A good sense of taste, smell, and touch are important
We are looking for someone semi-skilled as training will be provided.
