About the Roles: We have vacancies for a variety of skill sets in our bakery:

Bakers: Experienced bakers wanted to join the team – salary is based on skills and experienced. Junior bakers can expect to earn between 18-19k whilst more senior bakers skilled in shaping, mixing, and Manning the ovens can earn more.
Bakery Operative/Assistant: We are looking for someone with some kitchen experience to support our team of bakers. This will suit someone with ambition to become a baker, or someone looking to increase their experience in the food manufacturing sector. Salary is £18000 - £19000. Please note that this is a highly repetitive role.

The bakery department is a fast paced and bustling environment responsible for making high volume bread products working our way through 15 tonnes of flour per week.
The ideal candidates should:

Have a genuine interest and desire to be part of a high volume bread manufacturing facility.
Have good organisational skills

Be punctual and hard-working
Be willing to learn
Be able to communicate effectively in English.

Hours are 45 per week working 9 hour shifts (including a 40 minute break) for all roles. Shifts are 5 per week out of 7 on a Rota basis; hours are predominantly afternoon starts into late evening but flexibility is required.
