Back Office Administrator Vacancy

The company
Beillevaire is a french company based in London for 5 years. The company does exist for 35 years in France. We are a cheese and dairy product maker. We work as well with 200 artisanal and farmhouse cheese producers in France. Here in London we have a wholesale activity and we supply hotels, restaurants and shops. Our office is based in Wimbledon Park.
Responsibilities

To answer phone calls from customers and deals with problems - To ensure internal and external communications (Promotions, schedule changes etc.)
To receive and enter orders and pre-orders in the our system - To propose alternative products if some items are missing.
Invoice edition - Credit note edition
Update prices on request of the sales people - To be validated by your direct manager.
Sort and send physical mail

Required qualifications and experience

French and English fluent
1 Year as sales support appreciated
Great verbal and written communication skills, consumer relations, consumer complaints, crisis management, reporting skills, administrative skills, attention to detail.
