Neway International is currently recruiting for a Back of House Kitchen Coordinator to
join our team working 45 hours per week.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth running of back of house kitchen contracts in central London.
This job role is a very hands on position and additional duties include:
- site visits and liaising with the client
- ensuring the training of all new kitchen porters and existing staff
- motivating the kitchen porters and ensuring their tasks are completed daily
- reporting activities on a daily basis to the Operations Manager and Directors
- overseeing kitchen deep cleans and achieving targets
