We are a dynamic and prestigious arts/heritage venue based on Bankside SE1, operating a diverse and lively business that incorporates a busy Restaurant, Bar and Events spaces.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Back of House Coordinator with a strong background in the industry to join and grow with our company.
Excellent communication skills, flexibility and commitment to hard work are a must. You will be joining a very well-established team that works hard but enjoys themselves with it!
Expectations will be to:
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to deliver safety, hygiene and leadership
- Manage our Kitchen Porter and Housekeeping teams
- Oversee the management of table top, ensuring best practice
- Manage the linen stock
- Recruit and develop your team
- Accurately complete due diligence paperwork/legal training
- Manage the general and recycling waste streams
