We are a friendly family living in East Finchley ~12 minutes walk from East Finchley tube station. We are looking for someone to start working with us from beginning of September.
We have 2 children: our eldest (age 8 in September) is in primary school and the youngest (1 1/2 years) goes to nursery.
We are looking for someone to help with pick ups from school and nursery, help bringing our son to after school activities (all local, within 5 minutes walking from the school), sometimes cooking, and potentially help during school holidays.
You do not need to have any formal childcare qualifications as the most important thing for us is finding someone who enjoys children’s company and who is trustworthy, intelligent and calm.
ABOUT THE HOURS
We need help roughly two / three hours a day, ideally Monday to Friday, from pick up or later (if one of the days our son attends a club) till 6.30 / 7.00
As the hours would suit someone who is able to be flexible with hours, the job may well suit a student or a freelancer - our current babysitter is a student.
It would be possible for 2 different people to share the job so please get in touch even if you can only do some of the hours.
You must:
• Have or be happy to get, CRB and first aid certificates
• Be able to provide references
