B2B Telemarketing Job in London

We are looking for a B2B Telemarketing / Telesales Executive to sell magazine subscriptions and event tickets.
The role involves telemarketing, appointment setting, and soft telesales.
Individual must have professional manner and possess soft-selling skills.
The role offers 2 to 3 days a week, working from our office in Central London.
Excellent verbal and written English skills required.
Relevant telemarketing or telesales experience is a must.
No cold-calling will be required.
This is a 3 month temporal role, with potential to turn into a permanent position – based on performance.
Remuneration includes base salary, commission and bonus.
Full-time hours available, if desired.
Key Tasks:
• Make calls to existing accounts and potential customers
• Follow up on inbound and email sales leads
• Effectively convert enquiries into sales
• Learn about financial markets in order to establish credibility with clients
• Account management and customer service
• Lead tracking through database
• Creating quotes and proposals
• Conduct research to identify contacts within various organisations
• Supporting company and partner events
Requirements:
• At least 1 year in a corporate B2B telesales or marketing role – A MUST
• Evidence of satisfactory sales conversion rates
• Strong knowledge of MS Office including Outlook (emails, contacts and diaries), Word, Excel and Power Point
• Hardworking, motivated, proactive and enthusiastic attitude
• Strong verbal and written English skills
• A basic understanding of financial markets is desired, but not required
• Education up to first degree level is preferred, but not required
• References will be required.
