Great live in sole charge nanny role – Clapham – as soon as possible start!

This is a lovely role caring for two little boys aged 2 and a half and his little brother, 9 months. This is a Monday to Friday role and the hours are 7am – 7pm Monday to Thursday and 8am – 6pm on Friday’s. Two nights babysitting included and the family would really appreciate if this could include occasional Friday nights. Mum is going back to work in July and would love their new nanny to start as soon as possible so that she can learn the role. Hours can be a little more flexible until July. Mum will be working from home one day a week when she goes back to work but the role will still be completely sole charge.

B2 is at nursery during the term 3-4 days a week (at the moment Mon, Wed, Fri and then in September will change to Tuesday to Friday) and B9 months will start in January 2022 with three days a week. The typical daily routine is getting the boys up and ready in the morning, breakfast, making sure B2 has everything he needs for nursery and then driving him there. During the day is classes, play dates and activities with B9 months and following nap and feeding routines. In the afternoon, the nanny will need to cook a fresh and healthy meal for the boys and do bed and bath time.

During the day there are a few nursery duties for the nanny to complete, keeping the house clean and tidy, tidying the boys rooms and play areas/Toys, children’s laundry and clearing up in the kitchen. The family have a housekeeper who comes three times a week so no hard cleaning for the nanny.
The family are looking for a highly professional nanny who absolutely adores children, and has experience and enthusiasm with babies and toddlers in particular. The nanny will need to enjoy caring for and educating the boys and cooking fresh meals for them.
The parents take a firm but fair approach to disciple which they will work on with the nanny to ensure that there is consistency.

The nanny’s accommodation is a double bedroom on a separate floor and shared bathroom with the boys. This is an auto driving role so the nanny will need a clear auto driver’s license.
Salary with depend on level of qualification and/or experience but will be from £490 - £720 GPW.
