Award winning Restaurant L'Etranger is looking for a Head Bartender to take responsibility for the smooth running of the bar.
Job Specification:
• You will be required to maintain whilst welcoming them to our latest venture and introducing new guests to complete the L’etranger experience
• We ask that you take ownership for Bar, making cocktails, be in charge of all bar operations.
Personal Specification:
• We want a confident and committed person who will report directly to the General Manager and the Directors.
• If you are hands on and able to work independently and enjoy being part of a vibrant, forward-thinking, professional team we would like to hear from you.
You must have at least 2 years experience in a Senior Bar position.
