Full-Time Venue Chefs and Assistant Chefs Wanted.

Brickwood Coffee and Bread is a small group of independently owned cafes with a focus on creative and fresh coffee and brunch.

We have locations in Clapham and Balham and Tooting Broadway and Streatham.

We seek an experienced chef to join our team who possess a genuine interest in cooking fresh and using great produce as well as bringing own ideas to the table.

You will be responsible for your kitchen and be able to work alone and as apart of a team.

Our kitchens get busy like most good brunch places and need to have experience running a pass and enjoy a busy service.

2 Days off a week and no evenings.

A strong jnr Sous or Snr CDP looking to take next step would be suited. We will teach you food costs, ordering etc.

£24K - £30k salary per annum with all government standard sick and holiday pay. 45-50 hours per week.
The working week is kicking things of at 6am making sure counter and our pastry is fresh and looking fab,
You are then joined by a kitchen hand that will help you prep and with service throughout the day.
You will be organized and know how to run a busy kitchen.
You then wind down around 3pm and are on your way home by 3.30-4pm.

2 Days of a week, rotating weekends, 28 days holiday, pension scheme, staff meals, paid every Friday, staff functions, group company discosunts.

Living local would be a huge advantage.
Live-in accommodation available for right person.
