First become an Avon Representative, where you can earn £1 for every £4 sold , that's £50 for a £200 order sold to your customers.
You choose your hours and fit it in with your current commitments.
The more you sell = the more you earn.
The second is as a Sales Leader, where you still sell your Avon plus teach others how to sell. Avon will reward you with additional commission payments.
The more people you teach = more Avon sold = the more you earn.
