We are a loving active family seeking an experienced and energetic live-in, sole charge au-pair plus / junior nanny for our 2 children - boy 7 years , girl 4.5 years Both children are very bright, kind and active. Parents are highly educated and have careers that are very demanding, so we are really looking for a third parent who will become part of the family - helping to create a loving, stimulating and fun environment for our children to grow up and also to keep our family home clean and organised. 
 
Boy and girl are at school 8.30-3pm (term time), some days later. Working hours will be Monday to Friday 6.30am to 9.30am, then 2.30pm to 7.30pm, including two nights babysitting.
 
Additional hours may be requested which will be paid extra and agreed separately.
 
MUST Have Requirements:
- Loving, energetic, positive and creative
- Highly organised, hardworking, reliable and flexible – acute attention to detail
- Min 3 years of SOLE CHARGE nanny/au pair experience
- Strong references
- Childcare qualifications for 4-7 yr Olds
- CRB clearance
- Full rights to work in the UK
- Fluent English
 
Responsibilities will include the following:
- Everything having to do with the children - clean their room, clothes, etc.; meals; keep Toys organised; homework; activities
- Establishing and maintaining daily routine for both children – discuss and agree developmental goals with parents
- Keeping everything for the children very clean and organised
- All meal planning and cooking healthy meals from scratch
- Reading books, telling stories, helping with homework from demanding schools
- Organising and attending playdates; liaising with school
- All housework relating to children (laundry, dishes, etc.). Light housekeeping.
 
We appreciate flexibility (particularly outside term times) and to also stay with the kids over the weekend sole charge a few times a year.
 
We live close to Victoria Station. You would have a large, bright double bedroom which is lightly furnished, including TV, Wifi, writing desk/vanity, etc. You would share a bathroom with the children. The flat is spacious and quiet.
 
Position starting date is flexible but no later than 30 August. We are looking for a long term commitment.
 
Pay: £180 - 220 npw depending on experience and responsibilities.
