Dear au pair,
We are looking for a happy, kind, friendly and responsible live in Au Pair to come and join our family in North London.
We need help with our 8 years old son.
We would like you to work 30 hours per week (plus up to 1 night of babysitting per week) between Monday and Friday - helping in the morning with breakfast and taking him to the school, then helping mid-afternoon to early evening. He has some activities after school. You will be taking him to his activities. After school you need to spend time with him, help with the homework and make the evening meal. Help with the general house work and keep the house tidy.
We are looking for someone to start within 2 weeks and can stay minimum 6 months.
You will be free most of the morning until mid-afternoon, at night and at the weekend.
We would like you to:
- Be caring, honest, reliable, hardworking, cheerful and easy going.
- Have good common sense and a level of independence.
- Have previous au pair/childcare experience.
- Speak good basic English
- Have excellent and checkable references.
- Be a non-smoker
- Have basic cooking skills
- Be energetic and enjoy the outdoors
We live in North London. The area is lively and close to all local facilities such as big shopping centres, cinema, cafés, swimming pools, parks, library, with a good tube and bus service. There are good English language schools nearby, if you wish to study English. You will have your own room with a stereo; TV and WIFI Internet access, and also use all the facilities in the house.
