We are a lively family of 4 living in a four-bedroom house in Fulham (with a Cocker Spaniel).  We are looking for an energetic, can-do au pair with a fairly good grasp of English who wants to live in Central London and make the most of being in the Capital.  We also need someone who enjoys cooking and can prepare one meal a day for the children.  My son (aged 12) goes to school outside London so there is very little time spent with him but my daughter (aged 10) will be your main responsibility.  This will include collecting her from school, assisting with homework, making supper and supervising bathtime, hanging out together etc.  My husband and I work full time and you may be required to take my daughter to school in the mornings on some occasions.  We would expect some light daily housework and ironing –and occasional babysitting. You must be a dog lover and prepared to take the dog for walks etc when he is at home.  We have busy lives and would like our au pair to be used to living in a busy, lively household and to be happy to find their feet in London and to make the most of the opportunity.  You will be on your own during the day, so you will be happy in your own company but also prepared to make the most of living in this great city or by doing a language course. Ideally you would have some experience of being an au pair before.  We pay £120 per week and cover all your food bills.  We can offer a large double bedroom with your own ensuite bathroom – plus unlimited broadband, own TV etc.  My husband is a teacher and so is at home during school holidays.  Our au pair can either use this time to take unpaid leave to travel / go home or stay in London in our house but without any work (therefore, also unpaid).
