A great opportunity to become part of a young and growing Accountancy practice as an Associate Partner with immediate start.
We are a team of 5 with one principal and are looking for a second partner. An ACA, ACCA or ATT qualified with a strong background in practice at Senior Manager/Partner level. You will have proven skills in managing a portfolio of mixed clients of growing, profitable limited companies up to the audit threshold in size, with an emphasis on accounts, tax and advisory work. You will be looking to step up into a partner level role and be able to demonstrate the skills required with strong business development and relationship building.
At least 5 years experience in practice environment is essential.
Good commercial sense.
Good with technology in general.
Good with online accounting systems, accounts and tax production softwares.
Good at payroll, vat, corporation tax and personal tax.
experience in managing staff.
Remuneration is based on profit sharing with an opportunity to make £40k-50k in the first year.
