The Health and Safety Group is an established training company, training over 75,000 nurses and care staff each year throughout the country, we are currently looking for the right person to assist the training manager wi6th the smooth running g of all training needs.
Duties
· Allocating and coordinating training courses across the UK.
Liaising with trainers, venues and couriers to ensure training courses run smoothly.
Building good relationships with trainers and assessors.
Ensuring that all training administration is completed in a professional and timely manner, to a high standard of accuracy and with attention to detail.
Sending out pre-training materials to trainers, venues and clients.
Providing office support and guidance to trainers to ensure that they are equipped to deliver training on behalf of the company.
Ordering training equipment for trainers, liaising with suppliers and keeping track of stock levels.
Evaluating training data to improve occupancy and efficiency.
Assisting with overall training planning and strategies.
Person Specification
Educated up to A’ Level standard
Strong problem solving and organisational skills.
Able to work on own initiative
