Specific duties
Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases, update, records, files, reservations, and answer inquiries from guests. Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using Word processing, Excel or Power Point and handle incoming and outgoing mail.
Maintain a full level of confidentiality as a result of being privy to information relating to the Executive levels within the hotel operation, provide analysis, summaries and reviews of various types of projects as directed by Operations Managers and/or Hotel Manager, overall assistance and administrative functions in support of HODs and Leadership teams under the direction of Hotel Manager. Adhere to all due dates provided and to keep Hotel Manager informed of overall progress and any delays, if any.
Answer guest correspondence and feedback, including but not limited to online guest feedback, guest surveys, and letters. Establish and maintain a proper filling system for all guest correspondence. Ensure that all complains are dealt with in a timely manner, following the direction of the Hotel Manager in terms of the type of response needed as well as the compensation to be offered. Deal with any enquires by partners, potential vendors or similar enquires from general public in regards to the operation of the Hotel.
