Assistant to the Customer Services Manager
Part time position in the afternoons – afternoon availability is required
Paris London Apartments is an international management firm specializing in vacation apartment rentals, interior architecture and design.
Assignment of tasks:
- Checking in and welcoming clients from around the world to London
- Creating a supportive and pleasant atmosphere for residents during the walkthrough and inventory, introduction to the apartment and its appliances, providing tips on London, etc.
Requirements:
- Communication and teamwork skills,
- Willingness to accept responsibility,
- Languages: Fluent English required, other language skills highly encouraged
- Flexible, with afternoon availability
-Knowledge of London sights and transport systems
-Minimum commitment of 6 months
