We spend all our days placing overseas students and groups of mainly young learners from all over the world for top colleges and universities into homestay accommodation and into our own high quality house-shares in London and twenty cities around the UK and Southern Ireland from our base in Dublin.
The company has been in existence since the 1980s and has always kept to its core business of providing home stay to the highest quality English Language providers as well as top Universities and the Private educators who have a great need for family accommodation on a home from home basis in a safe and secure environment.
We are looking for two dynamic young people to enhance our departments and fill the roles as deputy manager who will assist our Section Managers in placing students in the correct homestays and getting a perfectly matched placement as well as helping to manage and grow the out of London locations that are increasing our business and growing our company to remain brand leader in what we do.
The candidate will join a dedicated team of professionals who all have specialist skills as well as the day-to-day ability to satisfy the daily operation of the company which is to book and care for international students.
You must be conversant with most IT packages and be able to grasp our dedicated and bespoke student management system.
You must be extremely organised, have exceptional people skills and extremely good use of the English language (both written and verbal) together with an excellent telephone manner. You will be a natural hard worker, be committed to quality and career and possess attention to detail.
The daily tasks will include handling day to day placements, administration of students, agents, universities and colleges who entrust their clients to our care. Helping and assisting in managing the team and driving the business.
You will be offered an attractive salary package with great potential for advancement with the company in a short time period for the right person.
The package has a loyalty bonus payable after the first year making the OTE an attractive package for a junior manager to acquire.
