It's a small team and we're looking for an experienced, ambitious individual to join us, learn how we do things, then be Assistant to our existing Manager. After a period of induction, we'd like you to take responsibility for running some shifts, opening/closing and take some responsibilities from the Manager. It's a great position for someone at the beginning of their career looking to take a first step into management in a small team with plenty of support and wonderful customers.
Salary up to £28 per annum including tips. Possible bonus. About 45 hours per week, 2 days off, 5.6 weeks paid holiday.
You should have a real love and understanding of good food, wine and hospitality. You should have worked in a good place for a decent period of time and have a friendly, respectful, positive and attentive personality.
We hope to be opening another venue later this year so there's plenty of opportunity to move up or help us get the new venue going.
