Part Time Assistant Restaurant Manager Trainee.
Seeking an experienced waiter wanting to learn and be nurtured into an assistant manager position. This would be a great experience to learn and put into practice managerial skills of running a restaurant from behind the scenes. This would be a part time position and would be quite flexible especially if the candidate were to be in school.
•At Least 18 months experience as a waiter within a busy restaurant environment.
•Ability to run the Restaurant floor with a pro-active and positive attitude.
• Work with the GM to meet deadlines monthly deadlines with accounting and payroll.
•Excellent attention to detail
•Well presented
•Be very customer focused and present high standards at all times.
•Computer savvy
•Show commitment and determination
•Show good communication skills and the ability to work alongside the management team to develop ideas.
